Do you recognise all the 7 sports?
How many sports do you recognize?
If you look closely at the design you may recognize several different sports. ASM’s aim is to draw more attention to the importance of doing different kinds of movements and sport. It is important for improving one’s fitness, vitality and health. Forming a foundation for a lifetime of enjoying practise with better results, achievements and performance.
How all-round do you move?
To help you to move more all-round, ASM introduces The Fundamental 10!, which is practical and scientifically based. The Fundamental 10! consists of ten basic movement skills that are together essential for enhancing fun, healthy and good motor development across the lifespan.
Try it yourself!
We believe everyone has all the creativity you need to get active in a challenging envorionment. So shoot, jump, throw, climb and run all the way. Move all-round. Still a need for (new) inspiration? Get inspired by the video or examples from the community-coaches of Almere.
More ASM in The Netherlands
A growing amount of designs of indoor and outdoor facilities are based on the principles of the Athletic Skills Model. We’re doing this with our labels Skills Garden for an active public space and PLAYCE for well known facilities indoor and outdoor like the gym, a multi-court, Padel courts and training facilities in rehab.
